With an abundance of fresh fruit, homemade apple cobbler is a healthier twist on a sweet treat. The smell is simply divine and the crunchy topping paired with tart apples makes for an all-time favorite in our household. We typically begin baking this in the fall when apples are prime for picking, but it’s really a versatile dish that compliments any season.
The thing that made this recipe special is that it was formulated by our friend – chef and recipe creator, Laura Romito of Food Geek Foods. Laura used our new organic oat flour in both the filling and the topping, and the results were delicious. In fact, Chef Laura herself said it was the best streusel topping she’d ever made.
This recipe is simple to make and sure to be loved by the entire family.
