Baking with oat flour

For best results, choose a recipe developed for oat flour or gluten-free flour blends. Oat flour behaves differently from wheat flour, so a direct 1:1 substitution may require adjustments to liquids, binders, and other ingredients. Follow your recipe’s guidance.

Oat flour and oat fiber are different ingredients. Use this product when your recipe calls for oat flour.
